Generative AI for In-Depth Qualitative Research

OVERVIEW
ResearchGOAT by Synthetic Acumen is a new platform offering in-depth qualitative research powered by the latest Generative AI technology. It brings the power of artificial intelligence to bear on what has historically been an expensive, time-consuming laborious process out of reach to all but the largest and most successful corporations.

ResearchGOAT allows users to frame up questions in minutes, recruit research study participants and field research in hours vs. weeks or months. It's faster, offers more perspicacious insights and offers cost savings of up to 90% vs. traditional qualitative ethnographic studies.

APPROACH
I was part of an interdisciplinary team that went through several user experience cycles of design, discussion, and refinement to improve the ResearchGOAT platform.

In the design phase, I reviewed the current design, audited the current screens and flows for successes and shortcomings, and made usability refinements to improve the overall experience.

Next the team would collectively review the refined designs and identify areas for improvement, and brainstorm ways to further improve.

Lately, I made refinements to the design and the process would be repeat until we were satisfied with the output.
