OVERVIEW
This project's objective was to develop a UX design strategy and concepts for a new SaaS product aimed at digitizing the design process for all footwear companies.
APPROACH
I collaborated with a business analyst to discover key user and business objectives via internal stakeholders and user interviews. I brought the UX research to life through detailed personas and user journeys to drive the UX design strategy. I then compiled the product requirements and prioritized them in a feature matrix that detailed the product roadmap and defined the focus of the MVP. Having ideation meetings with a multidisciplinary team was the next step. After this, I created detailed site flows, site maps, and wireframes.
